COVID-19 Protocol and On-Site Code of Conduct
The health and safety of our seasonal campers and the local community are of utmost importance to us. Please review the Code of Conduct below.

COVID-19 CODE OF CONDUCT:
In order to open safely and responsibly, we have developed the following COVID-19 Code of Conduct. Please read it and familiarize yourself with the information.
THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
❇️ The Office is closed. Please call/text the office for any questions you may have. (613) 393-3213
❇️ Propane will be available temporarily as we phase out our propane exchange program. It will be sold by contactless delivery. Please call/text the office phone to arrange delivery. Payment can be made by e-transfer (reservations@westlakewillows.com) (You may also purchase your propane from local stores like Home Hardware, etc)
❇️ There will no longer be ice for sale
❇️ The public washrooms and showers are closed
❇️ The laundry room is open (at Main Ofiice Building only)
❇️ Playground is open
❇️ Physical distancing is required, as mandated by the Province. Please maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters (6 ft) between individuals who don't live together. This also applies to sunset watching at the waterfront. 🙂
WE ENCOURAGE ALL GUESTS TO PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING:
❇️ If you are sick, please stay home
❇️Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the washroom and when preparing food
❇️ Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available
❇️ When coughing or sneezing: cough or sneeze into a tissue or the bend of your arm, not your hand.
❇️ Dispose of any tissues you have used as soon as possible in a lined wastebasket and wash your hands afterward
❇️ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
IN SENSITIVITY TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
❇️ Plan ahead and buy your groceries in your local community before you get here
❇️ Limit your public interactions in Picton, Bloomfield, etc.
❇️ The Tambo Store, just down the road from West Lake Willows, has reopened! They sell gas, as well as a variety of food and cleaning products.
❇️ If you require medical attention, please consider returning to your local community for health care services
