Seasonal Site Occupant License of Occupation

West Lake Willows has one of the nicest locations in The County for a seasonal trailer site. We have over 900 ft of shoreline on West Lake with direct access the sand dunes in the Sandbanks Provincial Park. The biggest advantage that West Lake Willows has over so many other trailer parks is our proximity to the 3 main beaches in the Provincial Park (see map). We are a few minutes walk to the Dunes Beach with direct access via a short waterfront trail.  The sand dunes consist of mountains of sand (some are over 6 stories high!). The dunes are actually 5 miles long, making it the largest freshwater sand bar in the world. The Outlet Beach and the Sandbanks Beach are both on the Lake Ontario side, only 2 kilometers away. These beaches are often compared to those found in Florida.  In the evening, you'll find many of our seasonal residents down at our waterfront enjoying the sunset as it disappears into the west behind the dunes.  Most of our seasonal customers are composed of families or early retirees.

All of our sites are fully serviced and there is a nice mix of sites with mature trees as well as sunlight. Our Seasonals have access to our free, public showers and washrooms.

They also have the option of purchasing docking space for their boats during the summer.

At West Lake Willows, our customers are important to us.  Give us a call, we would love to show you around!

Please print, read, sign and return a copy of the Seasonal License of Occupation document when you return for the season.  Thank you!
